Without a Receipt/Invoice
Even exchange or refund at the lowest retail price within the last 90 days issued in the form of a The Foundry Big & Tall Supply Co. Gift Card.
All sales of The Foundry Big & Tall Supply Co. Gift Card are final. For that reason, The Foundry Big & Tall Supply Co. Gift Cards cannot be returned.

By Mail:
- Complete the "Return/Exchange" form (included with shipment). If you do not have your "Return/Exchange" form, contact Customer Service toll-free at 1-855-566-1234, between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. CST, seven days a week.
- Send the items you wish to return and the "Return/Exchange" form to the address listed on the "Return/Exchange" form. Customers are responsible for the return postage.
